Oileáin uses high grade cardboard packaging dedicated to a book of this size and weight. There should not be and there never yet has been a problem with delivery of the book in perfect condition.
Once you buy and pay for your copy of Oileáin you are entitled to receive your copy in perfect condition unblemished in any way. If there is any problem please email me at david@davidwalshlegal.ie and we can discuss. The policy is to replace, and no quibbles.
